Ever since a young age, sport and fitness has always been a dominating aspect within my life. My passion for sport and fitness has evolved over time, developing a keen interest in helping others achieve their full potential within sport, which remains a dominant feature in my everyday life.
In 2010 I decided to pursue my love for sport and fitness and qualified as a Master Trainer after studying at the European Institute of Fitness. After 5 years as a qualified trainer, I realised my main focus was on rehabilitation, injury prevention and injury management.
In 2015, I was given the opportunity to train as a Sports Therapist and gain my Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Sports Therapy through Active Health Group.
My passion for helping others has led me to pursue a career in Sports Therapy. I very much enjoy being able to make a positive difference within individual's lives, helping them return to sport and fitness after injury.
