I trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Pretoria in South Africa and qualified 2000. I moved to London to work travel and play, I started out in Kensington as a Community Physio for the elderly for 2 years, then moved to Southwark and worked for 2 years as a Physio for people with learning disabilities. Whilst in London I was privileged to be able to travel extensively and I believe life experience is invaluable and as important as work experience.
In 2004 I moved back to Durban with my husband and opened my own out patient private practice which I ran successfully for 7 years. Since moving to the Island 2 years ago I have been lucky enough to be a stay at home mum, with my amazing sons Brodefick and Mitchell. But I am now excited to start a new chapter in my life working at PSM Sport Clinic, hoping to bring a smile to people simply by helping. “She is clothed in strength and dignity and she laughs without fear of the future” – Proverb 31:25
